Dizzy Lows

In a prominent position on the shores of Dorset's stunning Jurassic coast, this ground floor one bed is sure to add a touch of luxury to any self-catering stay.

This newly refurbished Swanage property is perfectly suited for couples seeking a tranquil seaside town retreat, or for small families looking for a cosy escape.

Situated on a hilltop, the flat offers sea views and sweeping panoramas across Swanage town.

Admire the light and modern spec as you enter via an open plan lounge and kitchen.

Relax in the bright and naturally light lounge area, as you rest and recuperate with a warm cup of tea whilst watching tv or admiring the views of Swanage Bay from the comfort of the corner sofa, which doubles up as a second bed.

This open plan space offers a dining table and fully equipped kitchenette with integrated appliances and cooking utensils.

The spacious and light bedroom offers a king bed with wall mounted tv for streaming, built-in wardrobe, and traditional authentic Purbeck stone fireplace which has been modified to house a dressing table with lighting. Complete with individual reading lights besides the bed, with bespoke recess storage and usb sockets for charging phones.

Completing the interior of the property is a smart ensuite bathroom with quadrant shower.

The outside space includes tables and chairs, providing a wonderful space to relax and unwind. Why not make the most of your time in Dorset, with scenic hikes along the vast open clifftops of the South West Coastal Path, stopping off at attractions such as Old Harry Rocks along the way.

A pleasant drive away, Bournemouth provides a superb day out with attractions such as the Oceanarium, the Bournemouth Observation Wheel and Bournemouth Natural Science Society lining the colourful pier. Closer to home in the heart of Swanage the Santa-Fe Fun Park, the Swanage Pier Trust and Swanage Amphitheatre await you. Other short drive attractions include the Tank Museum, Monkey World, Teddy Bear Museum, Blue Pool, Corfe Castle and the Wareham

The town is also home to a fantastic beach, great for lounging in the sunshine whilst enjoying iconic fish and chips, or for sampling a local beverage or a tasty ice cream. There's also many bars and restaurants providing ample opportunity for a fun night out.

Please note: although we stipulate this apartment can sleep four people, there is only one bedroom, and the ONLY bathroom is an ensuite off this bedroom (with no access to the living area). Therefore, with four people staying, it would primarily suit families, as bathroom access is through the main bedroom only.
