Artisan Lodge is a gorgeous lodge in a peaceful section of Shorefield Country Park, a stroll away from the main facilities available, and close-by to some fantastic walks — leading to Milford-on-Sea village, or the beach, via a woodland trail.

Inside are two bedrooms and a sofa bed. The first bedroom, toward the rear side, is the master ensuite. It features a generous size bedroom with double bed, bedside storage, a deep wardrobe, shelving, vanity unit, and a contemporary ensuite shower room with storage, basin, toiler and lovely shower.

The second bedroom is a twin single room, again with bedside storage and a wardrobe, in a cosy nook off the hallway.

A stunning family shower room with modern fittings, power shower, and storage units sits off the main hallway also.

Into the main living area you’ll be greeted with a light-filled and serene space, which combines warm tones and well-thought out soft furnishings in an effortlessly stylish feel.

The contemporary luxury kitchen benefits from a large stainless steel hob and extractor hood, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, double american-style fridge freezer, washing machine, wine fridge, and various small appliances. There’s also plenty of cookware, dinnerware, crockery, utensils and glassware for mealtimes.

Near to the kitchen is a dining area with upholstered high-back chairs for six diners around a table. There’s also a cupboard space for belongings near to the main door.

The lounge area benefits from free-standing sofas and armchairs, a 32” smart TV, electric fireplace, and plush soft carpets for comfort underfoot. Double sliding doors open up the space further onto a stunning large front-facing balcony deck, complete with outdoor dining set. The sofa also folds out into a double sofabed for an extra two guests.

The lodge is pet friendly, and comes with one private parking space.

You’ll be right next to West Hampshire’s coastline — a short walk south from the park you’ll find Milford-on-Sea; further east on a thin shingle spit, you can reach Henry VIII’s fortress Hurst Castle; and west leads to Barton-on-Sea. The stunning New Forest National Park is only a short drive north, whilst the charming coastal Georgian town of Lymington is also on your doorstep.

Further along on the Dorset coastline are Highcliffe, Avon and Mudeford beaches, before you reach the ancient market town of Christchurch which sits at the confluence of the rivers Stour and Avon, on the shores of its own spectacular natural harbour and quay.
